These terms govern your use of HiJavis, operated by DeepShare AI. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
HiJavis captures voice and text you provide, transcribes and summarises it, and — if you connect a Google account — creates calendar events you confirm and distils email threads you approve into notes.
You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
You keep ownership of everything you put into HiJavis. You grant us only the licence needed to store and process it in order to provide the service. We do not sell your content, and we do not use your Google data for advertising.
Do not use HiJavis to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to record people without the consent their jurisdiction requires, or to attack, probe or overload the service.
HiJavis relies on third parties including Google, Amazon Web Services, and AI model providers. Your use of connected Google services is also governed by Google's own terms.
Transcripts, summaries and suggested calendar events are produced automatically and can be wrong. Check anything that matters before you rely on it.
We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.
You may stop using HiJavis and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
HiJavis is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, DeepShare AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
